Agatha Nnaji

Mrs. Agatha Nnaji is the Group Managing Director of Geometric Power Group, a pioneering indigenous private-sector power project developer and investor in Nigeria. She provides strategic leadership across the Group’s electricity generation and distribution operations, helping to drive operational excellence, organisational performance, stakeholder alignment and sustainable growth. Her leadership combines commercial discipline with a strong understanding of customer experience, positioning her as an influential voice in the development of a more responsive and service-driven Nigerian power sector. With over 30 years of senior management experience, Mrs. Nnaji brings a distinctive multisectoral perspective to the energy industry. Before joining the power sector, she spent more than 25 years in hospitality, rising to the position of Regional Director for Sales and Marketing at Sheraton Hotels, then part of Starwood Hotels and Resorts. This experience shaped her people-focused leadership style and her emphasis on service quality, strong systems and disciplined execution.
